Behavioral Health Services

  • Behavioral Health Outpatient:
    Provide linkage, counseling, and direct assistance to ensure individuals meet basic needs for sustaining community living.
  • Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Substance Abuse Case Management:
    Proactive education and intervention to support sobriety and prevent further substance abuse in individuals with mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation:
    Provides a range of social, educational, occupational, behavioral and cognitive intervention designed to increase basic psychosocial capacities in everyday life.
  • Homeless Youth Services:
    Outreach and case management for homeless youth who are 18 to 20 years of age.
