Program Manager:Manage assigned program(s) within the mission, values, and vision of A.I.D. at Aurora facility; ensure that assigned program(s) meet all legal, licensing and accreditation standards; and provide direct supervision to QMRP, Rehabilitation Manager, and DSP level staff. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field (or related) required, Masters preferred. Case Manager – QMHP/ LCPC: Provide counselling and case management services to a caseload of approximately 50 clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Requires a Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW required. At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred. Counselors are expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed and availability to respond to emergencies.
