Residential Direct Support Person: Work in residential homes serving adults with developmental disabilities. Make a difference working weekend and/or evening hours. Full time condensed schedule includes overnights, evening & weekends. 3-4 days/week sleepover position with time off during day. Requires HS diploma or GED with 4 years paid full time experience or Associate’s degree in human service field with 2 years paid full time experience or a bachelor’s degree in a human service field. QMRP with Supervisory Responsibilities: Full time opening for QMRP serving adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include case management, program development & implementation, and management and training of staff. Based in Elgin. Must be QMRP qualified with Bachelor degree in Human Services i.e. social work, psychology, etc. and at least one year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. 1 year management experience preferred. Case Manager MHP: Work in a residential setting to develop and implement individual programs to maximize client’s independent community living skills. Position is full-time and located in the Aurora area. Bachelor’s degree in human services, auto and valid driver’s license are required. CIS Worker: Provide emergency crisis intervention services in the community including hospitals, agencies, shelters, etc. Also, assist with crisis line phone calls. Position is part-time on-call. Lifeguards/Swim Instructors: Seeking part time and full-time swim instructors and substitute lifeguards & swim instructors for warm water pool in Aurora to instruct swim lessons & community water safety programs as well as assist with Special Olympics events & programs for people with disabilities. Required qualifications include current lifeguard, CPR, first aid & water safety instructor certifications, but will train. Van Driver: Transport disabled individuals to and from our day program. Qualifications are HS diploma or GED, valid Illinois driver’s license, ability to pass PACE mandated training, van driving experience preferred. Employment Specialist: Work 1 on 1 with a client in Yorkville, assist in coordinating with local employers in hiring, training, necessary on-going support to individuals with disability to maintain community employment. Qualifications include bachelor’s degree in a social service field or HS diploma or equivalent with 4 years of full-time experience and a valid driver’s license and auto. Bookkeeper: Provide data entry related to production including ledger entry, shipping tickets, posting and billing. Entry of client payroll information. Typing, copying, telephone duties, translation of Spanish/English for Hispanic clients and families. This position is full-time at our Elgin location. Requires HS diploma or GED, 2 yrs FT bookkeeping experience and general office/secretary duties, bilingual Spanish/English, auto and valid driver’s license. Medical Transcriptionist: Responsible for accurately transcribing physician’s dictation, entering medical report information into computer system, providing clerical support to health services, including payroll, phones, typing and reception work. Provide translation of Spanish/English for Hispanic clients and families. Position is full-time in Aurora. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, 1 year clerical experience, previous medical transcription preferred, bilingual Spanish/English, auto and valid driver’s license. RN: Provide part-time occasional nursing services. Responsible for assessing health needs of clients, implementing a plan of care and working with other members of the health care team.
