Community Support

  • Case Management: Support, assistance, advocacy and referral for individuals with developmental disabilities to obtain AID and other community services to develop/maintain independent living skills.
  • Home Based Support: Provides linkage and support for individuals with developmental disabilities to obtain/maintain appropriate services and to develop/maintain independent living skills.
  • Respite: Short-term relief to families of individuals with developmental disabilities through flexible in-home or community based services.

Community Living

  • Supervised Community Living: 24-hour home setting for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health care concerns who need to develop independent living skills.
  • Supported Community Living: For individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health care needs who have the skills to live on their own in the community, but need intermittent support from AID staff.

Developmental Training

Provides training (including food service) and sheltered employment to individuals with developmental disabilities to maximize or maintain their functional, social and vocational skills and to maximize their integration into the community.

Vocational Development

Assistance for individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment through on-site support based on individual need. Janitorial skill training is offered in preparation for competitive employment.
